  • Production begins after receipt of the deposit payment.
  • Once completed, items are carefully packed and handed over to shipping partners.

2. Delivery Timelines:

  • Local deliveries: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • International deliveries: 5–10 business days depending on the destination and shipping method
  • We will provide tracking information once the shipment is made.

3. Shipping Partners:

We use trusted logistics companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local freight services depending on order size and destination.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
  • These costs will be included in the quotation or invoice.
  • In some cases, clients may arrange their own courier service.

5. Customs and Duties:

  • Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges, or taxes applicable in their country.
  • We provide all necessary documentation for smooth customs clearance.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • In case of damaged or lost shipments, clients must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We will assist in filing claims with the shipping partner.

7. High-Value Orders:

  • For bulk or high-value orders, we recommend insurance and full tracking.
  • Optional insurance can be added to your invoice upon request.
