Refund and Returns Policy – Origin Leather

Overview

At Origin Leather, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather products. As a manufacturing company specializing in bulk orders, we aim to ensure each client is satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the nature of custom manufacturing and bulk production, our refund and return policy has specific conditions.

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Only standard, non-customized items are eligible for return unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
  • A proof of purchase or invoice is required.

Note: Custom sizing, logos, private labeling, or design modifications are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items used for sampling purposes (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Partial bulk shipments (if the full lot was approved upon delivery)

Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product(s)
  • Description of the issue

We will assess the claim and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the defective units
  • Credit towards your next bulk order
  • Refund, where applicable

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or transaction history again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace bulk items if they are defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered. Please contact us to initiate an exchange process.
